3. Our Role as a Charter Broker

Important: Villiers is a charter broker, not an aircraft operator. We arrange carriage by air by connecting you with third-party aircraft operators. We act as your agent to facilitate bookings.

We do not operate aircraft ourselves. We do not contract directly with you for the provision of flights. Your contract for air carriage is with the aircraft operator, and their terms and conditions will also apply.

We are not a contracting carrier or indirect carrier under applicable aviation regulations.

4. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have explicit parental or guardian consent to make bookings or enquiries.

5. Booking Process and Acceptance

When you submit a booking enquiry through our website or by other means, you are making an offer to book a flight. We will respond with available options and pricing. A binding contract is formed when:

• You confirm your acceptance of a specific quote or proposal, and
• You sign the aircraft operator's contract (where required), and
• Payment has been processed or payment terms agreed

By confirming a booking, you explicitly agree to these Terms and to the aircraft operator's terms and conditions.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Pricing Accuracy

Prices quoted are based on information available at the time and are subject to confirmation. Factors such as fuel costs, aircraft availability, airport fees, and regulatory changes may affect final pricing.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Full payment is typically required before the flight, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and Bitcoin.

6.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your quote (typically GBP, USD, or EUR). Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation by You

Cancellation terms depend on the aircraft operator's policies and the specific booking. Generally:

• More than 7 days before departure: Typically subject to administrative fees and operator cancellation charges
• Within 7 days of departure: Typically non-refundable or subject to significant cancellation fees
• No-show: Full payment forfeited

Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

7.2 Cancellation by Operator or Villiers

In the unlikely event that a flight is cancelled due to aircraft unavailability or operator issues, we will:

• Offer alternative aircraft and routing where available, or
• Provide a full refund of payments made

We are not liable for consequential losses arising from cancellations beyond the refund of your payment.

8. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, times, routes, passengers) are subject to aircraft and operator availability. Change fees may apply, and pricing may be recalculated based on new flight parameters.

Requests for changes must be made as early as possible and confirmed in writing.

9. Passenger Responsibilities

9.1 Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring all passengers have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. We are not liable for denied boarding due to invalid or missing documentation.

9.2 Conduct

Passengers must comply with all safety instructions and regulations. Operators reserve the right to refuse carriage or remove passengers who pose a safety risk or behave inappropriately.

9.3 Special Requirements

Any special requirements (medical conditions, dietary needs, mobility assistance) must be disclosed at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee availability.

10. Liability and Insurance

10.1 Limitation of Liability

As a charter broker, our liability is limited to the services we provide directly (arranging bookings). We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of aircraft operators
• Delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by weather, air traffic control, or other factors beyond our control
• Loss or damage to baggage (operator's liability applies)
• Personal injury or death during flight (operator's liability and insurance applies)
• Consequential losses (lost business, missed connections, etc.)

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific booking in question.

10.2 Operator Insurance

All aircraft operators we work with are required to maintain appropriate insurance covering passenger liability and aircraft operation. Copies of insurance certificates are available upon request.

10.3 Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other travel-related risks.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God (weather, natural disasters)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Strikes or labour disputes
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Technical failures or cyberattacks

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by or licensed to Villiers Jets Limited and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

You agree not to:
